El proyecto tiene como finalidad rescatar a los niños de situaciones y sitios hostiles, niños con padres drogadictos y niños en estado de abandono como del sector de la Galería, las Delicias, sector de San Pedro, Amaime y algunos sitios más, donde los niños han sido blanco de la exclusión social.
