Women in Trade - Senegal

BPW Madrid et BPW Sénégal se propose de mettre en place un dispositif d’accompagnement à travers l’établissement d’un Centre de Promotion des Affaires pour les Femmes du Sénégal, qui sera un centre d’incubation et de formation pour les entrepreneurs et plus particulièrement les jeunes femmes impliquées dans le commerce. Sa mission principale est de contribuer à accroître l’accessibilité aux services des femmes souvent exclues du système traditionnel.

BPW Madrid and BPW Senegal in line with the priorities of the ARCHIPELAGO program of the European Commission, proposes to set up a support system through the establishment of a Business Promotion Center for Women in Senegal, which will be an incubation and training center for entrepreneurs and especially young women involved in trade. The concept of a Center for the Promotion of Business for Senegalese Women (CPAFS) represents a missing link in the small business support system. Its main mission is to help increase accessibility to the services of women who are often excluded from the traditional system or dissatisfied with the services and products offered by stakeholders in the entrepreneurship sector.
