Description
The problem of street children is becoming increasingly worrying in the province of Sissili. According to the statistics of the Provincial Directorate of Social Action from 2016 to 2019, 82 child victims of trafficking, aged between 10 and 17, were intercepted. This is justified on the one hand by the geographical location of the province of Sissili which is in the south of Burkina Faso, 165 km from Ouagadougou and 145 km from Koudougou, the capital of the central-western region, and on the other hand a cosmopolitan city bordering Ghana which abounds in gold panning sites attracting many visitors, including children and young people under 18 years of age.
In order to provide an effective response to this situation, BPW OUAGA BURKIMBI in collaboration with the Provincial Directorate of Women, National Solidarity, Family and Humanitarian Action of Sissili/Leo has developed the present project.

Quelle femme peut s'épanouir tant que ses enfants ne le sont pas? nous pensons que l'épanouissement de la femme passe par plusieurs volet dont le bien être de ses enfants. Voici ce qui nous motive dans la mise en oeuvre de ce projet.
